By accessing and using the Lxft website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Alpha Testing Program

The Lxft alpha testing program is by invitation only. Participation is subject to:

• Acceptance of these terms
• Completion of the alpha signup form
• Selection by the Lxft team
• Agreement to provide feedback

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Lxft services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

Disclaimer

The materials on Lxft's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Lxft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitations

In no event shall Lxft Fxtness or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Lxft services.

Revisions

The materials appearing on Lxft's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lxft does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
